Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 7 minutes, Sonny Storey made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Charles City's Richie Keys tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Charles City's Harry Benton came free and shot a quick shot against goal 10 minutes in the game, fortunately Eldon Dennis had problems saving as it came toward the left post. If Bailey Wooten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Eldon Dennis managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Charles City's Harry Benton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Charles City's Thomas Fujieda shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eldon Dennis but with some difficulty. Eldon Dennis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bailey Wooten in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Charles City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blake Burger to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rusty Hadley during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rusty Hadley hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Sacachispas's goal looked a bit too open when Bailey Wooten came free, but Eldon Dennis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bailey Wooten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Eldon Dennis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Charles City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sacachispas were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sonny Storey was the one to do the kick off. Bailey Wooten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Eldon Dennis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Sacachispas's Darron Scales tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Harry Benton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Harry Benton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Bailey Wooten made a precise shot to the right of Eldon Dennis. Sacachispas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bailey Wooten in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eldon Dennis saved Sacachispas from getting behind. In the 77th minute, Geoffrey Parrish hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute of the match Olin Zimmer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eldon Dennis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sacachispas's Eldon Dennis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bailey Wooten in the 82nd minute of play. Simon Roberts charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Roberts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, Sacachispas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Roberts to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Sacachispas's goal looked a bit too open when Bailey Wooten came free, but Eldon Dennis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harry Benton struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Eldon Dennis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charles City. Richie Keys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Storey, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
