In the 11th minute, Aurelio Chadwick made a precise shot to the right of Bill Spears. High Point AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Kenneth Pepper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bill Spears showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colby Solis in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17thth minute of the game Frankie Gaines who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but High Point AFC's Bill Spears was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of High Point AFC booed when Boston Terrier FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Trimble didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, High Point AFC's Dallas Abraham broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Colby Solis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bill Spears read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Kenneth Pepper could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Bill Spears made a huge save. Colby Solis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Spears having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, High Point AFC's goalkeeper Bill Spears had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kenneth Pepper. When Boston Terrier FC's Frankie Gaines in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Colby Solis made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Domingo Hooks in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Boston Terrier FC's Aurelio Chadwick. Colby Solis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Bill Spears tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Ulysses Clifford fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mickey Goldman, passed just outside the right post. Jeremy Reeves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Mickey Goldman made a huge save. Bill Spears made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Chadwick in the 71st minute of play. Bill Spears showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Pepper in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Ulysses Clifford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Frankie Gaines made a precise shot to the right of Bill Spears. High Point AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. In the 86th minute Kenneth Pepper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bill Spears saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frankie Gaines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bill Spears tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Colby Solis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Spears having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Frankie Gaines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bill Spears saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boston Terrier FC's attentive Frankie Gaines managed to snatch the ball when Willie Harris made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. Kenneth Pepper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Spears having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Boston Terrier FC fully deserved thier win.
