Spectators: 6769 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ari Jones got the match started through his kick off. Waialua's Erik Cabrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ari Jones in the 5th minute of play. Rich Lawson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernest Reeder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Truman May made a huge save. After 20 minutes of play, Waialua's Rich Lawson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Truman May was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the game, Murray Simmons cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Erik Cabrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Waialua's zone, Murray Simmons stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Cabrera came out of the goal and Murray Simmons tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Waialua's Ernest Reeder got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 31 played minutes, Warrensville Heights's Quincy Kirby shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erik Cabrera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Warrensville Heights reached it. 34 minutes into the game, Ari Jones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Erik Cabrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ari Jones struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Erik Cabrera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warrensville Heights. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rich Lawson to strike the kick off in the second half. Truman May made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rich Lawson in the 52nd minute of play. Erik Cabrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casper Simmons, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Truman May made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rich Lawson in the 54th minute of play. Tristan Ham kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Truman May made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruce Singer in the 56th minute of play. Truman May came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Waialua's Rich Lawson. But to his dismay, Rich Lawson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Truman May didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rich Lawson went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Casper Simmons's late challenge caught a Waialua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casper Simmons helped the player get up and apologised. Casper Simmons hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Erik Cabrera was a little too slow when Murray Simmons got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 3-3. A collision led to Warrensville Heights getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tristan Ham hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Bruce Singer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Warrensville Heights's goal looked a bit too open when Rich Lawson came free, but Truman May reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Warrensville Heights succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Waialua had controlled the match.
