The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Stowe's Nicholas Black got a free kick in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Allen Graham sped through Stowe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rocky Mackey. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quintin Riggs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lane Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintin Riggs in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Allen Graham got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lane Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvatore Dubose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Eduardo Moser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lane Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvatore Dubose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Stowe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Odenton had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
