Spectators: 7719 (Terracing: 5790, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) Stowe's Quintin Riggs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 12 minutes into the match, Ken Brooks had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rocky Mackey. Stowe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ken Brooks was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 17 minutes, Emery Smart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ladysmith and the Stowe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Ladysmith was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emery Smart to maneuver through the defense. Rocky Mackey made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Ken Brooks sent off a good shot on target. Quintin Riggs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quintin Riggs struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Robby Williamson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stowe. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ken Brooks got free with Rocky Mackey in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ladysmith's Robby Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintin Riggs in the 29th minute of play. Rocky Mackey didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ladysmith's Ken Brooks shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Emery Smart blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rocky Mackey having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Quintin Riggs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stowe's supporters rose to their feet, but Quintin Riggs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robby Williamson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 42 played minutes Ladysmith got a freekick which was hit by Tony Le Van. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sonny Crane to strike the kick off in the second half. Sonny Crane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Nicholas Black put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Stowe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ladysmith:s goal. Rocky Mackey went to the wrong direction when Titus Horton was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Rocky Mackey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sonny Crane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brandon Colvin during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ladysmith booed when Stowe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandon Colvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salvatore Dubose could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Robby Williamson made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Ladysmith's zone, Salvatore Dubose stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robby Williamson came out of the goal and Salvatore Dubose tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st match minute, Stowe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaiah Weston to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Crane in the 73rd minute of play forced Stowe's goalkeeper Rocky Mackey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvatore Dubose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Salvatore Dubose came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Stowe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvatore Dubose couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ladysmith's zone, Eduardo Moser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robby Williamson came out of the goal and Eduardo Moser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Salvatore Dubose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvatore Dubose could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Robby Williamson made a huge save. Sonny Crane struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Rocky Mackey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ladysmith. In the 90th minute, Ken Brooks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rocky Mackey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sonny Crane's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. When Wes Webster fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stowe's protests and gave Wes Webster a yellow card for diving instead. Wes Webster hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Rocky Mackey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Brooks in the 95th minute of play. Ladysmith's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
