In the 6th match minute, ♣ÅrancioneÉxercitus♣ ¥ φ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marlon Hendricks to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Ezra LoDuca managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when ♣ÅrancioneÉxercitus♣ ¥ φ's Scottie Messer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Flint Hurst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Drew Sullivan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Loren Nicholson fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ♣ÅrancioneÉxercitus♣ ¥ φ's protests and gave Loren Nicholson a yellow card for diving instead. 18 minutes into the game, one of ♣ÅrancioneÉxercitus♣ ¥ φ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. ZKS Stal Stalowa Wola's Ezra LoDuca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Myles Pacheco in the 24th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Alfonzo Wilkins put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Drew Sullivan. After having played for 33 minutes, Alfonzo Wilkins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZKS Stal Stalowa Wola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonzo Wilkins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfonzo Wilkins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Myles Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ezra LoDuca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Myles Pacheco took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Ezra LoDuca to make any attempt to save it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfonzo Wilkins was the one to do the kick off. Scottie Messer hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, ZKS Stal Stalowa Wola's Flint Hurst nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Drew Sullivan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. ZKS Stal Stalowa Wola's Ezra LoDuca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scottie Messer in the 62nd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Everett Lynn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Flint Hurst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. In the 86th minute, ♣ÅrancioneÉxercitus♣ ¥ φ's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfonzo Wilkins fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ezra LoDuca came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by ♣ÅrancioneÉxercitus♣ ¥ φ's Garrett Browning. But to his dismay, Garrett Browning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ZKS Stal Stalowa Wola had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
