USA Thunder's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ducks the free kick. The supporters of Ducks booed when USA Thunder was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francis Hood didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timothy Aviles during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Timothy Aviles hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. When Timothy Aviles came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Ducks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timothy Aviles couldn't finish the play. Francis Hood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Lyle having to interfere. Timothy Aviles struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ronald Barrow didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ducks. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timothy Aviles to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Garrett Chan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ronald Barrow, passed just outside the right post. Francis Hood blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Lyle having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elton Mitchell in the 73rd minute of play forced Ducks's goalkeeper Emanuel Lyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elton Mitchell charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elton Mitchell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ducks booed when USA Thunder was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elton Mitchell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ducks were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after USA Thunder's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rhett Hamlin took the corner. If Timothy Aviles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronald Barrow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothy Aviles in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Garrett Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronald Barrow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wyatt Jimenez charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wyatt Jimenez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Wyatt Jimenez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Many of Ducks's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ducks may have spent more time on the ball, but USA Thunder were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
