Ralph Gilmore was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Winston Carter in the 10th minute of play forced Warrensville Heights's goalkeeper Shane Sheffield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Winston Carter during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Winston Carter kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ace Mason sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ralph Gilmore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dustin Shaver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Warrensville Heights's Dustin Shaver dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. McLean FC's Ralph Gilmore proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save McLean FC from getting a goal against them. Cyrus Bartlett kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in McLean FC's zone, Dustin Shaver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ralph Gilmore came out of the goal and Dustin Shaver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shane Sheffield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Winston Carter in the 36th minute of play. Nathanial Corbin struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Shane Sheffield didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for McLean FC. Shane Sheffield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Winston Carter in the 41st minute of play. Warrensville Heights's Shane Sheffield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Winston Carter in the 43rd minute of play. If Ace Mason had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the game, Warrensville Heights's Ace Mason nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ralph Gilmore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

53 minutes into the match, McLean FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dustin Shaver came free, but Ralph Gilmore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dustin Shaver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tod Gould kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Ralph Gilmore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ace Mason in the 57th minute of the match. Ace Mason sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Winston Carter kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Shane Sheffield. That made the score 3-1 in the 66 minute of play. Dustin Shaver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ace Mason had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralph Gilmore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ace Mason in the 73rd minute of the match. Lamar Varela lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 75 minutes into the game, one of Warrensville Heights:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Maurice Kendall shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nathanial Corbin got free with Shane Sheffield in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Marcos Barrera came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Warrensville Heights fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Barrera couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, McLean FC's Nathanial Corbin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shane Sheffield narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Kent Weeks was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Warrensville Heights's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave McLean FC the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Kent Weeks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ace Mason had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Warrensville Heights walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
