With an all-out effort, Chalco's Ty Potts threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Donnie Hilliard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Graham Bullock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Carrasco in the 20th minute of play. Antoine Bright's late challenge caught a Iselin AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iselin AFC's Ty Potts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ari Brandon in the 29th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xavier McCullough to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Chalco's Andreas London got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 54th minute Ari Brandon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ty Potts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iselin AFC's Ty Potts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cliff Robertson in the 55th minute of play. Andreas London charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas London the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th minute, Andreas London hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Iselin AFC defense, Andreas London kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ty Potts. The Iselin AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ty Potts should have stopped the shot. Xavier McCullough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Carrasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Graham Bullock made a huge save. The Chalco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. After having played for 86 minutes, Claudio Carrasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iselin AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Carrasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Xavier McCullough sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chalco's Graham Bullock didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Chalco's Andreas London got a free kick in the 94th minute.
