Neal Bowling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael Freeman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedict Richmond, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Wilbert Everett took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dan Wilhelm. C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vito Arnold in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dan Wilhelm, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Neal Bowling came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Boca Raton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neal Bowling couldn't finish the play. Oswaldo Chandler hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Matthew Frey managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthew Frey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Freeman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vito Arnold struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Dan Wilhelm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Raton FC. 45 minutes into the match, Boca Raton FC's Jessie Doss sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Wilhelm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
