With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cliff Robertson in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walker Babcock saved Boston Celtics from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cliff Robertson in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walker Babcock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cliff Robertson in the 17th minute of play forced Boston Celtics's goalkeeper Walker Babcock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walker Babcock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ari Brandon, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Walker Babcock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cliff Robertson in the 24th minute of play. Chalco's Graham Bullock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanner Tripp in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanner Tripp in the 27th minute of play forced Chalco's goalkeeper Graham Bullock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boston Celtics's Tanner Tripp got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Boston Celtics's Elliott Walton got a free kick in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Boston Celtics's goal looked a bit too open when Ari Brandon came free, but Walker Babcock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boston Celtics's Harvey Greene got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Chalco fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Chalco's Cliff Robertson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Walker Babcock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ari Brandon in the 38th minute of play. After some careless play in the Boston Celtics defense, Andreas London kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walker Babcock. The Boston Celtics fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walker Babcock should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ari Brandon to strike the kick off in the second half. Terrell Tatum hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Ari Brandon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walker Babcock was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Boston Celtics's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Ari Brandon scored to the left of an out of position Walker Babcock, making the score, 1-3. Cliff Robertson in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walker Babcock, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Tanner Tripp came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Boston Celtics fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanner Tripp couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ari Brandon in the 77th minute of play forced Boston Celtics's goalkeeper Walker Babcock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Chalco booed when Boston Celtics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. D.J. Allred didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walker Babcock acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Drew Colvin.
