Pipon Pipon 2.0 booed when Apathy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Abrams didn't get a good kick on the ball. Al Staton struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Dan Wilhelm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apathy FC. Apathy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0 the free kick. Robin Robles kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Marc Olson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Elvis Cain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Al Staton made a kick off. Al Staton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Dan Wilhelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezra Orlinsky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dan Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezra Orlinsky in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Josiah Reyna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Al Staton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dan Wilhelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Al Staton came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Apathy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Al Staton couldn't finish the play. Josiah Reyna kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Al Staton made a precise shot to the right of Dan Wilhelm. C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0 getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Andy Hurley hit a great ball. When Ezra Orlinsky came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Apathy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezra Orlinsky couldn't finish the play. Marc Olsons short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Elvis Cain to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Apathy FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
