Watsontown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allen Spaulding was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute of the match, Ernest Osborne tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Kajdasz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sebastian Kajdasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Osborne in the 64th minute of the match. Goofyland Big-Birds's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Watsontown the free kick. In the 96th minute Darren Dunbar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Kajdasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Watsontown had won after a very even match.
