The tension between the Chivas FC and the West Side Highway players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Chivas FC got a freekick which was hit by Lloyd Hopson. The supporters of West Side Highway booed when Chivas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Logan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Trenton Mathews reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andrew Goode. The goal made the score 1-1. Andrew Goode made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Logan in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Deon Rocha notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of West Side Highway's Andrew Goode. Andrew Goode was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Deon Rocha scored 3-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrew Goode, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of West Side Highway booed when Chivas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deon Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, West Side Highway's Weston French sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sammy Salter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trenton Mathews made a kick off. Andrew Goode showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deon Rocha in the 52nd minute of the match. Andrew Goode took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deon Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Weston French sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the game, West Side Highway's Weston French nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sammy Salter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 70 minutes into the game, Deon Rocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Andrew Goode was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrew Goode came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chivas FC's Lloyd Hopson. But to his dismay, Lloyd Hopson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Chivas FC's Sammy Salter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Chivas FC from getting a goal against them. Mohammed Wiley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Sammy Salter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Weston French sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sammy Salter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammed Wiley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
