Spectators: 7293 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 25) Trenton Mathews started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The crowd rose to their feet as Trenton Mathews kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ezra Stone. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Rodeo FootBall's goal looked a bit too open when Deon Rocha came free, but Ezra Stone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sammy Salter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Fay in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Chivas FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Micah Dawkins hit a great ball. Wayne Ransom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lloyd Hopson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ezra Stone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lloyd Hopson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ezra Stone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trenton Mathews recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wayne Ransom to make the kick off. Denis Fay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Salter having to interfere. If Wayne Ransom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Allan Terry fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rodeo FootBall's protests and gave Allan Terry a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Rodeo FootBall got a freekick which was hit by Allan Terry. If Wayne Ransom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Fay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Sammy Salter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trenton Mathews hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Lloyd Hopson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Rodeo FootBall's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chivas FC the free kick. Ezra Stone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trenton Mathews, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 93rd minute Trenton Mathews shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezra Stone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Trenton Mathews managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chivas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trenton Mathews was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chivas FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
