Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Willis McCord kicked off to start the match. Rueben Olson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Salter having to interfere. Sebastian Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lloyd Hopson in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Watsontown's goal looked a bit too open when Deon Rocha came free, but Sebastian Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Kajdasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lloyd Hopson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Ernie Moreno notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Chivas FC's Sammy Salter. Sammy Salter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pat Escobedo missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 25 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Sebastian Kajdasz right hand side. 26 minutes into the match, Watsontown's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Logan came free, but Sebastian Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Watsontown's Raul Beal got a free kick in the 28th minute. Sebastian Kajdasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lloyd Hopson in the 29th minute of the match. Sammy Salter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willis McCord in the 32nd minute of play. Ernie Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Sammy Salter came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Watsontown's Willis McCord. But to his dismay, Willis McCord quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Willis McCord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Salter having to interfere. Sebastian Lange's late challenge caught a Chivas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Lange helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Watsontown got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Lange. After a rather tough play, Chivas FC's Micah Dawkins got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute of the match Rueben Olson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sammy Salter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Willis McCord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Salter having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Ernie Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Watsontown's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernie Moreno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sammy Salter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chivas FC's Sammy Salter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Lange in the 67th minute of play. Rudy Sandoval hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Adolfo Todd came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Watsontown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Todd couldn't finish the play. Willis McCord sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Chivas FC's Trenton Mathews slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Kajdasz. That made the score 2-1 after 92 minutes of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Watsontown had played much better football throughout.
