The Harry Walden was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Harry Walden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Russo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Parish in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Walden prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute Salvador Russo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Walden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orono's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Parish was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Walden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C. A. Ituzaingó's Harry Walden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Parish in the 33rd minute of play. Arturo Parish scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harry Walden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th match minute, C. A. Ituzaingó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wayne Reid to maneuver through the defense. The Orono fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Orono's Arturo Parish looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Parish was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Arturo Parish managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arturo Parishs short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Harry Walden to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Harry Walden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mason Barry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes of play, Orono's Arturo Parish made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harry Walden was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Orono's Arturo Parish in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. Ituzaingó's goalie prevented a goal. Arturo Parish could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Harry Walden made a huge save. In the 93rd minute, Arturo Parish reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Harry Walden. The goal made the score 2-5. Orono played a much better game than C. A. Ituzaingó and deserved their victory. The C. A. Ituzaingó players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
