Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ron Dobbs's late challenge caught a Shawnee AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ron Dobbs helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Ron Dobbs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gordon Grimes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Austin Mullen, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Elias Jaramillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Ackerman made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Shawnee AFC's Leonard Roy. Reinaldo Stanton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gordon Grimes having to make a save. Leonard Roy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordon Grimes having to interfere. If Reinaldo Stanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Lodhi FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Wes Robison hit a great ball. Lodhi FC's Gordon Grimes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Lodhi FC from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute, Conrad Ezell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rudolph Lusk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sammy Morton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gordon Grimes made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Reinaldo Stanton sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the match, Lodhi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Stanton came free, but Gordon Grimes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Conrad Ezell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gordon Grimes came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Shawnee AFC's Reinaldo Stanton. But to his dismay, Reinaldo Stanton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gordon Grimes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Roy, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Leonard Roy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Reinaldo Stanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shawnee AFC's Rudolph Lusk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Shawnee AFC from getting a goal against them. Leonard Roy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordon Grimes having to interfere. Reinaldo Stanton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gordon Grimes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Sammy Morton took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rudolph Lusk. Rudolph Lusk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Elias Jaramillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Jaramillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordon Grimes having to interfere. Elias Jaramillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonard Roy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Gordon Grimes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gordon Grimes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asher Kennedy went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 95 minutes into the match, Shawnee AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Denny Acero came free, but Rudolph Lusk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
