A beautiful save bye Port Carbon FC's goalie prevented a goal. Nathaniel Broussard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Parish's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Nathaniel Broussard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Parish went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Orono's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Russo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nathaniel Broussard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Parish in the 34th minute of the match. Winfred Berger hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Mason Barry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Arturo Parish's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathaniel Broussard was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 48th minute Arturo Parish shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathaniel Broussard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Parish stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Terence Stapleton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Port Carbon FC and the Orono players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mason Barry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute Arturo Parish shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathaniel Broussard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Port Carbon FC's goalkeeper Nathaniel Broussard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arturo Parish. Nathaniel Broussard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Russo in the 65th minute of play. Arturo Parish took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nathaniel Broussard. Nathaniel Broussard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A hard shot 79 in the game by Arturo Parish from a close distance when the talented Nathaniel Broussard managed to make a qualified save. Port Carbon FC's players were relieved. Orono's J.P. Rubio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Sawyer in the 84th minute of play. Brent Tompkins kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match, Mason Barry tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nathaniel Broussard saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nathaniel Broussard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Parish in the 94th minute of the match. With 96 minutes on the clock, Porter Hills commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Orono fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Port Carbon FC. Joseph Holloway stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving J.P. Rubio. 1-4. Orono played a much better game than Port Carbon FC and deserved their victory. The Port Carbon FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
