An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Rader in the 3rd minute of play forced ROCHES's goalkeeper Weston Barton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, ROCHES's Von Marrero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tristan Pagan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Weston Barton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Rader in the 6th minute of play. Weston Barton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garth Rader, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sedona AFC's zone, Arthur Galvan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tristan Pagan came out of the goal and Arthur Galvan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Rader in the 13th minute of play forced ROCHES's goalkeeper Weston Barton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, ROCHES's goal looked a bit too open when Garth Rader came free, but Weston Barton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Whitney Whitlock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arthur Galvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Whitney Whitlock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Garth Rader sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arthur Galvan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tristan Pagan having to make a save. In the 34th minute Von Marrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Pagan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Weston Barton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garth Rader, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Von Marrero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arthur Galvan got free with Tristan Pagan in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute of the match, Arthur Galvan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tristan Pagan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tristan Pagan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arthur Galvan in the 58th minute. Whitney Whitlock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Weston Barton having to interfere. The supporters of ROCHES booed when Sedona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wade Sexton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Whitney Whitlock struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Weston Barton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sedona AFC. After 86 minutes, Kyle Friend mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ROCHES and the Sedona AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 87 minutes, Whitney Whitlock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sedona AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Whitney Whitlock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Whitney Whitlock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ROCHES getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Carson Marrero hit a great ball. Pedro Matos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Weston Barton. ROCHES's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Garth Rader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
