In the 11thth minute of the game Jim McNeill who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Smacker's Ken Tillman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ken Tillman came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Waverly FC's Jim McNeill. But to his dismay, Jim McNeill quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Smacker's zone, Harry Velasquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ken Tillman came out of the goal and Harry Velasquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, Smacker's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Velasquez came free, but Ken Tillman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harry Velasquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ken Tillman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Jackson Torrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harry Velasquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Houston Woodward fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ken Tillman having to interfere. Harry Velasquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jim McNeill in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ken Tillman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 59 played minutes Smacker got a freekick which was hit by Erik Baldwin. If Jim McNeill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Jim McNeill notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Smacker's Ken Tillman. Ken Tillman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Harry Velasquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ken Tillman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jim McNeill might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ken Tillman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After 74 minutes, Jackson Torrez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Waverly FC and the Smacker players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77thth minute of the game Jim McNeill who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Smacker's Ken Tillman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute Erik Baldwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Boudreaux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 played minutes Waverly FC got a freekick which was hit by Scot Ervin. Jim McNeill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ken Tillman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Smacker fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Waverly FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
