Spectators: 5958 (Terracing: 5329, Seating: 625, VIP seats: 4) S & N Fairway FC's Octavio Little started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcellus Whitt in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rueben Marino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Marcellus Whitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of S & N Fairway FC booed when Amesbury AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavin Field didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marcellus Whitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rueben Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Little in the 21st minute of play. Tuan Hirsch came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Amesbury AFC's Shayne Cortes. But to his dismay, Shayne Cortes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Marcellus Whitt struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Rueben Marino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S & N Fairway FC. After a defensive mix-up in S & N Fairway FC's zone, Foster Solomon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tuan Hirsch came out of the goal and Foster Solomon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Shayne Cortes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amesbury AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Shayne Cortes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tuan Hirsch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marcellus Whitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Foster Solomon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuan Hirsch having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shayne Cortes to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Shayne Cortes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tuan Hirsch. The goal made the score 1-2. If Foster Solomon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rueben Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcellus Whitt in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Octavio Little made a precise shot to the right of Rueben Marino. Amesbury AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. If Octavio Little had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Foster Solomon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Tuan Hirsch made a huge save. In the 73rd minute Marcellus Whitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rueben Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuan Hirsch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Hanson in the 75th minute of play. Tuan Hirsch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Spencer Martinez in the 77th minute. Foster Solomon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuan Hirsch having to interfere. In the 86thth minute of the game Shayne Cortes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S & N Fairway FC's Tuan Hirsch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rashad Dickens's late challenge caught a Amesbury AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rashad Dickens helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Rashad Dickens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amesbury AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kareem Sorensen in the 90th minute. The corner led Amesbury AFC's Darryl Hanson to fire away a dangerous shot which Tuan Hirsch despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 92 minutes, Gavin Field mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amesbury AFC and the S & N Fairway FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Little in the 96th minute of play forced Amesbury AFC's goalkeeper Rueben Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
