Octavio Little struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Randall Stafford didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S & N Fairway FC. In the 7th minute, Octavio Little got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcellus Whitt might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Randall Stafford. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcellus Whitt ran back to his position shaking his head. Randall Stafford showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Little in the 12th minute of the match. If Marcellus Whitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes S & N Fairway FC got a freekick which was hit by Garry Cormier. A hard shot by Claude Velasquez from long distance, 21 minutes into the match, got Tuan Hirsch's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. During the 22nd minute of the match Garry Cormier completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Garry Cormier a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 23rd minute, Garry Cormier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Moore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Tuan Hirsch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Octavio Little mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S & N Fairway FC and the Bella Vista AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes S & N Fairway FC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Little. If Marcellus Whitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Moore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, S & N Fairway FC's Tuan Hirsch got control of the ball when Hal Beltran tried to sneak it across the goal line. S & N Fairway FC's Marcellus Whitt got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fred Moore was the one to do the kick off. Randall Stafford made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcellus Whitt in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Marcellus Whitt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Moore in the 60th minute of play forced S & N Fairway FC's goalkeeper Tuan Hirsch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, S & N Fairway FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robbie Vaughn to maneuver through the defense. When Hal Beltran fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bella Vista AFC's protests and gave Hal Beltran a yellow card for diving instead. Hal Beltran hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Fred Moore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Marcellus Whitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Renaldo Putnam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bella Vista AFC's goalkeeper Randall Stafford, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Fred Moore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
