After a rather tough play, FC VISELKA's Lloyd Mosher got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 42 minutes, Lloyd Mosher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC VISELKA and the Glen Carbon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lloyd Mosher hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Hans Cavazos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 44th match minute, FC VISELKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jermaine Ramirez to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roger Martin was the one to do the kick off. Romeo Golden's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marty Lundy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to FC VISELKA getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jermaine Ramirez hit a great ball. During the 62nd minute of the match Lloyd Mosher completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lloyd Mosher a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Lloyd Mosher hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC VISELKA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Glen Carbon.
