Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roger Martin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fernando Scruggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Martin in the 4th minute of play. FC VISELKA's Marty Lundy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnnie Wilkinson in the 9th minute of play. Johnnie Wilkinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reginald Gallardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Scruggs having to interfere. Tad Coyle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tad Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Fernando Scruggs managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when FC VISELKA's Roger Martin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Reginald Gallardo in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fernando Scruggs, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Reginald Gallardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Reginald Gallardo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

Fernando Scruggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Martin in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Martin in the 69th minute of play forced Mora FC's goalkeeper Fernando Scruggs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, FC VISELKA's goalkeeper Marty Lundy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tom Spencer. After having played for 79 minutes, Johnnie Wilkinson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mora FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnnie Wilkinson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roger Martin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Scruggs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. If Tad Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnnie Wilkinson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Mora FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tad Coyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Marty Lundy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC VISELKA's Lloyd Mosher got a free kick in the 96th minute.
