Colin McGee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Orville Herron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lawrence Post showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasey Conway, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Orville Herron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colin McGee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Tory Vazquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute, Jayson Boone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Port au Voleurs's goal looked a bit too open when Colin McGee came free, but Orville Herron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lawrence Post made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dillon Witt in the 21st minute of play. Wanderers's Lawrence Post played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasey Conway in the 23rd minute of play. Giovanni Lyons shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Colin McGee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Colin McGee made a kick off. Colin McGee took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orville Herron. Orville Herron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Colin McGee's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orville Herron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Colin McGee to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miguel Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orville Herron having to interfere. Lawrence Post was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ari Oakley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 73 minute of play. If Colin McGee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lawrence Post was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jayson Boone. Colin McGee scored 3-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orville Herron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dillon Witt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ari Oakley during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Port au Voleurs got a freekick which was hit by Ari Oakley. For all the effort they put into the match, the Port au Voleurs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wanderers.
