Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Palmer McCord kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Scottie Reaves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Philadelphia Eagles's supporters rose to their feet, but Scottie Reaves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglass Meyer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 12 played minutes Ossian AFC got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Sims. After a rather tough play, Ossian AFC's Eldon Corbin got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eldon Corbin during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Conrad Reilly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Douglass Meyer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ossian AFC's goalkeeper Douglass Meyer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Palmer McCord in the 36th minute of play forced Ossian AFC's goalkeeper Douglass Meyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Mickey Romano made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Scottie Reaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Philadelphia Eagles's Scottie Reaves slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Douglass Meyer. That made the score 0-2 after 56 minutes of play. If Palmer McCord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglass Meyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund MacDonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Scottie Reaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Douglass Meyer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Scottie Reaves in the 67th minute. Conrad Reilly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Palmer McCord recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Douglass Meyer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
