Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Cicero's Gordon Weaver in the 94th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Lorenzo Cooke was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for HBG Knoxville through an amazing save. In the 96th minute Gordon Weaver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Cooke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HBG Knoxville's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
