The supporters of Alfonsina Storni booed when Dorchester Fun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Hutchinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tyrell Beatty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odell Hartley in the 8th minute of play. Dorchester Fun's Tyrell Beatty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odell Hartley in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Hamilton during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lamar Kyle made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Odell Hartley got free with Tyrell Beatty in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute, Lamar Kyle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Alfonsina Storni's zone, Lamar Kyle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Wetzel came out of the goal and Lamar Kyle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
