Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the last second Palmer Dubois throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gavin Quintero in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Romero in the 22nd minute of play forced Chino Hills's goalkeeper J.P. Britton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavin Quintero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Palmer Dubois having to interfere. Sebastian Doss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chino Hills's Sid Driscoll couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bay Breakers FC. With a little luck, Bay Breakers FC's Palmer Dubois got control of the ball when Warren Joyce tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee showed Foster Vaughan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st match minute, Chino Hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Foster Vaughan to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Sebastian Doss sped through Chino Hills's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of J.P. Britton. In the 67th minute, Bay Breakers FC's Collin Kelley seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Collin Kelley the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bay Breakers FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Collin Kelley had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bay Breakers FC! After 73 played minutes Chino Hills got a freekick which was hit by Sid Driscoll. Sebastian Doss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without J.P. Britton having to interfere. Bay Breakers FC's Garth Carver got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastian Doss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but J.P. Britton made a huge save. Sebastian Doss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wesley Shepard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. J.P. Britton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Bay Breakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garth Carver to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Chino Hills's zone, Sebastian Doss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. J.P. Britton came out of the goal and Sebastian Doss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sebastian Doss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Warren Joyce came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Chino Hills fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Warren Joyce couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
