FC Barcelona's Ron Bliss shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Joel Bernier but with some difficulty. Len Denton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryce Ames in the 12th minute of the match. When Kristofer Carlton came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristofer Carlton couldn't finish the play. Andreas Sheets scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joel Bernier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelona's Mario Christensen got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute, Alfred Nicholson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Barcelona defense, Bryce Ames kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Len Denton. The FC Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Len Denton should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, FC Barcelona's Andreas Sheets ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joel Bernier. Joel Bernier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Andreas Sheets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

After 52 played minutes Alfred Nicholson rounded FC Barcelona's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. Len Denton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Nicholson, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Andreas Sheets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Bernier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Len Denton acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 65th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Juan Adair. 66 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Russ Wheeler came free, but Len Denton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fletcher Lane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Bernier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristofer Carlton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tony Covington took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Bernier. Joel Bernier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Russ Wheeler hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Alfred Nicholson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Len Denton having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Bryce Ames managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quazz Imperials's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryce Ames was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Len Denton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bryce Amess short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Len Denton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Alfred Nicholson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Quazz Imperials players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Barcelona from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
