The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Berg during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dimmitt's Ramiro Berg got a free kick in the 6th minute. Stanford Rowley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Nicholson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Bernier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Berry in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dimmitt's Landon Gonzales got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Juan Adair sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stanford Rowley skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Quazz Imperials getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ezra Schmitt hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Charles Berry dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joel Bernier, 1-0. Charles Berry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Joel Bernier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Berg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Joel Bernier skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 28th match minute, Quazz Imperials was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fletcher Lane to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Landon Gonzales in the 29th minute really tested Joel Bernier's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Charles Berry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles Berry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Bernier having to interfere. Fletcher Lane hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Ramiro Berg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Joel Bernier made a huge save. Charles Berry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Joel Bernier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfred Nicholson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jim Ramey might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Bernier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jim Ramey ran back to his position shaking his head. Joel Bernier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Ramey in the 52nd minute of the match. Charles Berry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Guillory charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rigoberto Guillory the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Quazz Imperials booed when Dimmitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Guillory didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Bernier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Berry, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ramiro Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fletcher Lane kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ramiro Berg got in the 86th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Joel Bernier handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Guillory in the 90th minute of play forced Quazz Imperials's goalkeeper Joel Bernier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Charles Berry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
