Nick Woodall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reyes Zuniga having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymundo Bonilla in the 17th minute of play forced Philadelphia AFC's goalkeeper Reyes Zuniga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonah Copeland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Curtis Alexander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Curtis Alexander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warren Means, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Philadelphia AFC's Reyes Zuniga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymundo Bonilla in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Philadelphia AFC's Reyes Zuniga got control of the ball when Raymundo Bonilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Nick Woodall dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reyes Zuniga, 2-0. After 38 minutes, Reynaldo Henderson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Philadelphia AFC and the Arsenal Imitation F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reyes Zuniga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymundo Bonilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal Imitation F.C.'s zone, Warren Means stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Curtis Alexander came out of the goal and Warren Means tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonah Copeland in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Curtis Alexander saved Arsenal Imitation F.C. from getting behind. If Jonah Copeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nick Woodall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonah Copeland in the 63rd minute of play forced Arsenal Imitation F.C.'s goalkeeper Curtis Alexander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Roosevelt Madden the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Philadelphia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Roosevelt Madden. Raymundo Bonilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Reyes Zuniga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nick Woodall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
