Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MONTERREY! The referee gave Jaya Fc a penalty, 3 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Norman Rosas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of MONTERREY's Travis Looney. 1-0. Norman Rosas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Travis Looney having to make a save. After a rather tough play, MONTERREY's Rodney Lopes got a free kick in the 9th minute. Norman Rosas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12thth minute of the game Norman Rosas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MONTERREY's Travis Looney was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Norman Rosas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Travis Looney, 2-0. After having played for 17 minutes, Norman Rosas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaya Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norman Rosas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kris Jordan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norman Rosas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aaron Ramsdal came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by MONTERREY's Wes Cerna. But to his dismay, Wes Cerna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 35 minutes into the game, Monroe Puckett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MONTERREY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaya Fc the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in MONTERREY fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! When Brant Duran fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaya Fc's protests and gave Brant Duran a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jaya Fc getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Brant Duran hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Kelly Nesbitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Ramsdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Jaya Fc's Norman Rosas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Travis Looney narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to MONTERREY getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Zane Pollard hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Christopher Fritz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Norman Rosas came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Jaya Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norman Rosas couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norman Rosas made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Norman Rosas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Travis Looney was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Jaya Fc's Norman Rosas got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norman Rosas in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Travis Looney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kris Jordan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Travis Looney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 minutes, Norman Rosas made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. MONTERREY's Travis Looney tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Norman Rosas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Travis Looney having to make a save. After a rather tough play, MONTERREY's Rocky Welsh got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Norman Rosas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MONTERREY's Travis Looney didn't even have to move. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norman Rosas in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Travis Looney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norman Rosas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Travis Looney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jaya Fc's Norman Rosas in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MONTERREY's goalie prevented a goal. Kris Jordan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 minutes, Norman Rosas made it 8-1 with a short kick to the right side. MONTERREY's Travis Looney tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaya Fc walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
