Teddy Talley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daren Greer, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Quentin Brownell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wisła Kraków's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quentin Brownell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Josef Lay made a precise shot to the right of Teddy Talley. Wisła Kraków's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.

The wind increased when Daren Greer made the kick off in the second half. LA CLIPPERS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wilbur Farr in the 54th minute. It was a well-played corner which Kurt Belcher managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Teddy Talley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josef Lay in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josef Lay got free with Teddy Talley in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LA CLIPPERS's Geoff Walton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Chambers in the 62nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Daren Greer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teddy Talley was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Teddy Talley was a little too slow when Daren Greer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-2. Geoff Walton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Brownell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Daren Seay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Quentin Brownell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quentin Brownell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Josef Lay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teddy Talley having to interfere. Teddy Talley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daren Greer in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Wisła Kraków's goal looked a bit too open when Daren Greer came free, but Teddy Talley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrad Brooks was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Conrad Brooks hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. LA CLIPPERS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
