Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Clay Weir took the kick off in the first half of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clay Weir couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Shawn Waite managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kailua FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Shawn Waite was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Scot Stephenson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 8 played minutes CROW RAVEN got a freekick which was hit by Graig Graham. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kailua FC's goalkeeper Bryant Burrell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to CROW RAVEN getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jerold Trimble hit a great ball. If Clay Weir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kailua FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Corey Chin hit a great ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norbert Rosado made a kick off. Clay Weir ran back to his position shaking his head. CROW RAVEN's attentive Santos Alvarez managed to snatch the ball when Dylan Whittington made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Shawn Waite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes CROW RAVEN got a freekick which was hit by Dana Osborn. In the 95th minute, Norbert Rosado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kailua FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kailua FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
