Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Winfred Burgos made the kick off and thus started the match. Alexis Strickland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Hurley having to interfere. Monte Cavazos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Noel Crews read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Villa madero f.c's Curt Wilcox got a free kick in the 13th minute. Alexis Strickland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gregorio Hurley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noel Crews made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monte Cavazos in the 19th minute of play. Villa madero f.c's Monte Cavazos got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jack Wray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Noel Crews tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jack Wray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Villa madero f.c's zone, Winfred Burgos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Hurley came out of the goal and Winfred Burgos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jack Wray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Noel Crews tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Monte Cavazos to strike the kick off in the second half. Villa madero f.c's Jack Wray got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Jack Wray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Noel Crews took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monte Cavazos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Monte Cavazos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Crews saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villa madero f.c's Jack Wray got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Alexis Strickland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Manuel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When San Manuel's Winfred Burgos in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alexis Strickland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Villa madero f.c's Gregorio Hurley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Winfred Burgos in the 81st minute of play. Jack Wray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Crews having to interfere. San Manuel's Noel Crews played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Wray in the 89th minute of play.
