Domenico Marin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Peter Cuevas made a huge save. In the 9th minute Quincy Burks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendon Reeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sung Dudley received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Peter Cuevas came out and tried to block the shot, but Sung Dudley slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. After a rather tough play, New Whiteland FC's Ali Carrier got a free kick in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Rickie Grady managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wyckoff Torpedoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Rickie Grady was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Cuevas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domenico Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Cuevas having to interfere. Quincy Burks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendon Reeder having to interfere. Brendon Reeder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quentin Marshall went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Quentin Marshall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. New Whiteland FC's Quentin Marshall got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wyckoff Torpedoes's Brendon Reeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quincy Burks in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Quincy Burks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendon Reeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind New Whiteland FC's goalkeeper Peter Cuevas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to New Whiteland FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Blaine Longoria hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Tristan Larson made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Rickie Grady managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Whiteland FC's attack was well implemented in the 62nd minute, but when Quincy Burks was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When Quincy Burks came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the New Whiteland FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quincy Burks couldn't finish the play. When Quentin Marshall came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the New Whiteland FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quentin Marshall couldn't finish the play. Wyckoff Torpedoes's Brendon Reeder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Wyckoff Torpedoes from getting a goal against them. Brendon Reeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Marshall in the 86th minute of play. Quincy Burks did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Brendon Reeder 88 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. New Whiteland FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
