Spectators: 6764 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 0) Hawaii Suns's Dustin McIntyre got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Hawaii Suns's zone, Rudolf Cadena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denny Salas came out of the goal and Rudolf Cadena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Gonzalez might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denny Salas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manuel Gonzalez ran back to his position shaking his head. Silas Coulter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hawaii Suns's Denny Salas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silas Coulter in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hawaii Suns's Emanuel Traylor got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Silas Coulter reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denny Salas. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dustin McIntyre in the 28th minute of play forced Galt AFC's goalkeeper Ace Green to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Solomon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ace Green having to interfere. Denny Salas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silas Coulter's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Galt AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Solomon came free, but Ace Green reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Hawaii Suns's Gerardo Solomon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ace Green narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hawaii Suns's Denny Salas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Hawaii Suns from getting a goal against them. Gerardo Solomon scored 1-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ace Green, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dustin McIntyre made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Hawaii Suns's Dustin McIntyre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ace Green. That made the score 1-2 after 56 minutes of play. 61 minutes into the match, Hawaii Suns's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Gonzalez came free, but Denny Salas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Hawaii Suns's Dustin McIntyre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ace Green. That made the score 1-3 after 67 minutes of play. Silas Coulter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denny Salas having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Silas Coulter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galt AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silas Coulter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denny Salas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gerardo Solomon took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ace Green. Ace Green dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Denny Salas came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Galt AFC's Silas Coulter. But to his dismay, Silas Coulter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. 84 minutes into the game, Galt AFC's Manuel Gonzalez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denny Salas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. In the 96th match minute, Hawaii Suns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Don Yates to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hawaii Suns walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
