Jackson Woodward was left in no man's land by his defense there! 5 minutes into the game, Renato Triplett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dark Tide the free kick. In the 5th minute, Renato Triplett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Beach's goalkeeper Gavin Moreland had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rico Lacey. Jose McNair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gavin Moreland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Percy Crenshaw came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Beach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Percy Crenshaw couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Vincent Carrey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 33 minutes, Percy Crenshaw managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Percy Crenshaw was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Percy Crenshaw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Wolfe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jackson Woodward tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Percy Crenshaw got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jose McNair was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Beach's zone, Rico Lacey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavin Moreland came out of the goal and Rico Lacey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dark Tide's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Percy Crenshaw 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Gavin Moreland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rico Lacey's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. A collision led to Beach getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Sal Jolly hit a great ball. Rico Lacey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavin Moreland having to interfere. Sal Jolly was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 67th match minute, Beach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sal Jolly to maneuver through the defense. Jose McNair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavin Moreland having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Beach's goalkeeper Gavin Moreland, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gavin Moreland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rico Lacey in the 75th minute of the match. Vincent Carrey hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Rico Lacey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gavin Moreland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Jose McNair cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Gavin Moreland was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Rico Lacey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dark Tide's supporters rose to their feet, but Rico Lacey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavin Moreland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
