After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Danny Moore managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walton Roberts in the 90th minute of play forced Galt AFC's goalkeeper Ace Green to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Galt AFC's zone, Raul Russell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ace Green came out of the goal and Raul Russell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walton Roberts struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Ace Green didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huron FC.
