Kip Wyatt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Seth Rader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kip Wyatt made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Corey McGowan sent off a good shot on target. SLC FC's Kip Wyatt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Brower in the 14th minute of play. Cesar Morrison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When SLC FC's Seth Rader in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Forever FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 32nd minute Cesar Morrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blaine Goldsmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Corey McGowan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kip Wyatt, passed just outside the right post. SLC FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joshua Brower 43 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joshua Brower stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Seth Rader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seth Rader succeeded in the game's 54th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Blaine Goldsmith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Morrison, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Kip Wyatt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joshua Brower in the 61st minute of the match. Blaine Goldsmith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Morrison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Corey McGowan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seth Rader's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Blaine Goldsmith firmly grabbed it by the left post. Blaine Goldsmith made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Seth Rader sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Forever FC's zone, Seth Rader stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blaine Goldsmith came out of the goal and Seth Rader tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
