In the 37th match minute, Corvallis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamar Barrera to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Salvatore London notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Fulham's Giovanni Bowles. Giovanni Bowles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wallace Sims to make the kick off. Fulham's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Salvatore London scored to the left of an out of position Giovanni Bowles, making the score, 4-4. Corvallis FC's Glenn Whatley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernie Moses in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Malone got free with Giovanni Bowles in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute, Douglas Malone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salvatore London sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
