Roosevelt Russo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthew McGee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roosevelt Russo was the one to do the kick off. Stowe Township's Napoleon Rivers got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Stowe Township's Roosevelt Russo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matthew McGee narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roosevelt Russo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthew McGee having to make a save.
