They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zackary Braswell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Paris FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joesph Yates should have stopped the shot. 63 minutes into the match, Atlético Caxias's goal looked a bit too open when Carson Howard came free, but Charlton Yeager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joesph Yates made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zackary Braswell in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th play minute Marlon Britt came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joesph Yates. 0-3. In the 74th minute of the match, Zackary Braswell tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joesph Yates saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcus Cramer hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Atlético Caxias's Caleb Myles couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Paris FC. After having played for 85 minutes, Marlon Britt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Caxias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marlon Britt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Paris FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético Caxias were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
