The Dade City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 27 minutes of play, Dade City's Reggie Garrett made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joesph Yates was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bryant Johnston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Dade City's goalkeeper Ronnie Kerns had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bryant Johnston. Carson Howard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ronnie Kerns tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joesph Yates made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reggie Garrett in the 41st minute of play. Joesph Yates showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reggie Garrett in the 43rd minute of the match. Oren Lundy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carson Howard made a kick off. When Reggie Garrett came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Dade City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reggie Garrett couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the game, Oren Lundy recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joesph Yates. Oren Lundy showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Joesph Yates showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oren Lundy, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, Paris FC's Geoff Hirsch got a free kick in the 60th minute. Joesph Yates acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 61st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jarrod Foote. If Oren Lundy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ian Rush hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Reggie Garrett in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joesph Yates, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reggie Garrett got free with Joesph Yates in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bryant Johnston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reggie Garrett received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joesph Yates came out and tried to block the shot, but Reggie Garrett slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute, Carson Howard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronnie Kerns was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After having played for 86 minutes, Bryant Johnston managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paris FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryant Johnston was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oren Lundy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Joesph Yates tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Reggie Garrett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
