The referee ignored Pacifica AFC's protests and gave Basil Valle a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute Werner Galindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickey Coronado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, The Legends's Rufus Tinsley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Garret Henley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the The Legends defense, Billy Livingston kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rickey Coronado. The The Legends fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rickey Coronado should have stopped the shot. Billy Livingston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Rickey Coronado made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Pacifica AFC's zone, Jamar Craven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garret Henley came out of the goal and Jamar Craven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charlie Shaw kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When The Legends's Jamar Craven in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pacifica AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rufus Matson during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rufus Tinsley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Garret Henley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Emery kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Rudolph Webb was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, Billy Livingston ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rickey Coronado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Pacifica AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Charlie Shaw hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Werner Galindo made a kick off. Rickey Coronado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Coffman in the 55th minute of the match. Jamar Craven struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Garret Henley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Legends. In the 59th minute, Rufus Tinsley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Billy Livingston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Rickey Coronado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Livingston in the 83rd minute of play forced The Legends's goalkeeper Rickey Coronado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in The Legends's zone, Werner Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickey Coronado came out of the goal and Werner Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Billy Livingston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickey Coronado having to interfere. After 92 played minutes The Legends got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Lusk. Rudolph Webb, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Werner Galindo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Rickey Coronado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
