Spectators: 5350 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 150) Floral City's Marcellus Cornett started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlo Sapp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Duane Boudreaux breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Duane Boudreaux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Sapp in the 15th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bryan Underwood to make the kick off. Floral City's Duane Boudreaux proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Floral City from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute, Leroy Aranda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Kendrick was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 75 minutes, Carlo Sapp made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Floral City's Duane Boudreaux tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Bryan Underwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
