Jospeh Connolly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristopher Edwards in the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, Floral City's Duane Boudreaux got control of the ball when Mike Conner tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Windsor Hills FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Sean Morse hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chance Douglas was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Homer Walsh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Windsor Hills FC and the Floral City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
