Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) El Lago's Sheldon Willard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Jamel Diaz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emilio Roberts. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Emilio Roberts was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fabian Castillo. After some careless play in the El Lago defense, Jamel Diaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Roberts. The El Lago fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Roberts should have stopped the shot. Kevin Hensley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sheldon Willard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Hensley came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by El Lago's Todd Candido. But to his dismay, Todd Candido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Terrence Hall's late challenge caught a El Lago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Terrence Hall helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sheldon Willard in the 20th minute of play forced Charizard FC's goalkeeper Kevin Hensley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Roberts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Trevor Beltre went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Trevor Beltre scored 4-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Roberts, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emilio Roberts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathon Wilkes in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Charizard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew McCormick came free, but Kevin Hensley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Hensley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sheldon Willard in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match, Terrence Hall tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emilio Roberts saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 39 minutes into the match, Jamel Diaz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emilio Roberts, 5-1. Jonathon Wilkes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilio Roberts came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonathon Wilkes slotted it home off the left post making it 6-1 in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Terrence Hall to make the kick off. Trevor Beltre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Roberts having to interfere. Emilio Roberts came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Charizard FC's Jonathon Wilkes. But to his dismay, Jonathon Wilkes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Terrence Hall put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emilio Roberts. In the 70thth minute of the game Terrence Hall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Lago's Emilio Roberts was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emilio Roberts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terrence Hall in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Jonathon Wilkes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 85 minutes on the clock, Brian Whitley commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, El Lago's Brian Whitley got a free kick in the 86th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Charizard FC's Fabian Castillo tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, El Lago's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathon Wilkes came free, but Emilio Roberts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Terrence Hall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilio Roberts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamel Diaz in the 93rd minute of play. Charizard FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
